The rock star, 79, cut a stylish figure in a black blazer which he teamed with pin-striped trousers and a pair of eye-catching silver brogues.
Meanwhile former Loose Women star Penny, 53, who also shares son Aiden, 13, with the hitmaker, slipped into a figure-hugging leather pencil skirt and chic blouse.
Alistair, 18, was also dressed to impress for the star-studded evening in a double-breasted grey suit as he towered over his famous father.
The family beamed as they took to the red carpet ahead of the ceremony, shortly after Penny and Rod, who wed in 2007, were forced to shut down rumours of a marriage ‘rift’.
