At least 16 corps members would be subjected to disciplinary measures, while 21 others are set to be remobilized due to various infractions in Gombe State.
The Gombe State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Chinwe Nwachukwu, disclosed this in his address, where he commended the 1,268 Batch A, Stream I corps members assigned to the state for successfully completing their service year on Thursday.
During her farewell address at the zonal office, which took place during a modest passing-out ceremony, Nwachukwu praised those passing out, acknowledging their contributions to nation-building through impactful initiatives in education, health, agriculture, and community development service projects will be remembered by future generations.
“1,268 batch A Stream I Corps members are passing out; those with disciplinary cases are 16 and 21 for remobilization,” She said.
