The management of Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, said it has set up a three-member committee that would relate with the police and assist it in unmasking the assailants involved in the recent killing of a student of the institution.
Earlier, Osun State Police Command said its detectives had commenced an investigation to unravel the identities of those who stabbed to death a 200-level student of Bowen University, identified simply as Paul.
The command’s spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola, who made the disclosure, further said the incident was reported at Iwo Divisional Headquarters last Wednesday at about 10:55 pm.
Opalola also said the deceased, until his death, was a student in the Department of Computer Science at the university.
