Two die in accident on Ibadan-Lagos expressway

Two people have been confirmed dead in an accident that occurred along the Ibadan-Lagos Expressway on Sunday.
The accident, which happened at about 7:15 am before Danco Filling Station, involved a Toyota Sienna bus registered as EPE 430 HT and a stationary luxury bus belonging to Young Shall Grow Transport Company, with registration number KTU 835 XY.

DAILY POST gathered that the luxury bus, driven by Chukwudi Ilo of Anambra State, had stopped in traffic behind other vehicles due to a minor accident ahead when the Toyota Sienna, travelling at high speed, lost control and crashed into its rear.

The Sienna, driven by one Adewale Yusuf, had five passengers who sustained severe injuries and were rushed to Live Well Hospital in Sagamu.
