ARSENAL legend Cesc Fabregas had the most dramatic start possible to life as a first-team manager.
The Como co-owner saw his Serie B club snatch a stoppage-time winner at home to Feralpisalo – after a huge brawl and two red cards.
Former Chelsea midfielder Fabregas, 36, had been named interim boss just before the international break.
The 110-cap Spaniard played for Como last season and managed their Under-19s.
And he was an animated figure on his senior bow in the dugout as he oversaw a hectic start – peaked by Lucas Da Cunha’s third-minute opener for the home team.
But despite Como’s apparent control, Mattia Compagnon snatched a leveller for the bottom side early in the second period.
