Nottingham Forest 2-1 Manchester United LIVE REACTION: Hosts deal out yet another defeat for Red Devils to move five points clear of drop zone

Manchester United 2023 ended with a dreadful 2-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

The first half was potentially the worst 45 minutes of the season as both sides struggled to do anything.

But in the second half, Forest responded and opened the scoring through Nicolas Dominguez.

The visitors were gifted an equalier by Matt Turner before Morgan Gibbs-White fired home a stunning second to wrap up the win for Nuno Espirito Santo's men.
