The Times leads on the news that Donald Trump will refuse to be put in handcuffs when he hands himself in for his arraignment next week.

The paper features a picture of the porn star at the centre of the claims relating to the former president. Stormy Daniels is quoted as saying: “There’s no way he could be scarier with his clothes on.”

The Daily Telegraph

The Daily Telegraph reports that Joe Biden is set to turn down his invitation to the King’s coronation in May. 

According to the paper the US president may send his wife, Jill Biden, instead.

FT Weekend

The FT Weekend splashes on the indictment of Donald Trump, saying that the former president is due to hand himself in.

The paper reports that Trump “will not be put in handcuffs”, quoting his lawyer Joe Tacopina.

Daily Mail

Britain’s new trade deal giving it access to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership is set to “turbo charge” the UK, according to the Daily Mail.

The paper quotes Trade Secretary Kemi Badenoch as saying countries in the Indo-Pacific region have a “fierce appetite” for British goods.

Donations have flooded into Battersea Dogs and Cats home following the death of TV star and animal campaigner Paul O’Grady, reports the Daily Mirror.

The paper says the chief executive of the home is “overwhelmed and touched” by people’s generosity.

Daily Star

Donald Trump’s indictment is the lead on the Daily Star, with the paper branding the former US president a “manbaby”.

Accompanying the piece is a mock-up with Trump’s face on all the characters from the movie, The Usual Suspects.

Daily Express

The Daily Express leads on comments from Rishi Sunak claiming that Brexit is boosting the UK economy. 

His remarks come after Britain signed a trade deal with Pacific nations, with the prime minister claiming deals such as this are why he “voted for Brexit”.
