The Guardian reports that neonatal nurse Lucy Letby’s conviction has raised “urgent questions” over whether her killings could have been prevented.

The Daily Telegraph alleges the NHS ignored warnings leaving nurse Lucy Letby free to carry on her killing spree.

The conviction of Lucy Letby is the lead story in the i weekend, with the paper branding her the “worst child serial killer in modern UK history”.
