The PUNCH: There are strong indications that the Dangote Petroleum Refinery may not roll out petrol on Monday in line with its earlier schedule. The President, Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, had last month projected that the refinery would begin the production of petrol between August 10 and 12, 2024. However, findings by The PUNCH reveal that the 650,000 barrels per day capacity refinery might not roll out petrol on Monday (today).


Vanguard: THE Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, yesterday asked President Bola Tinubu’s administration to stop the blame game, reverse his policies that have caused hardship to Nigerians and engage in meaningful dialogue with relevant stakeholders.


Daily Trust: Terrorists at the weekend reportedly killed four soldiers in Gudu Local Government Area of Sokoto State. It was gathered that the soldiers were ambushed along the Kukurau-Bangi Road while on patrol around 4pm on Saturday.
