Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the second man on the moon, has married his much younger girlfriend – the perfect gift on his 93rd birthday.
The legend marked his fourth wedding day, turning 93 as he marries his bride, which he described as his “long-time love”.
The pair were married in a private ceremony, with Aldrin marrying Dr Anca Faur, a woman 30 years his junior, with the 63-year-old doctor having worked for Buzz Aldrin Ventures since 2019.
According to her LinkedIn page, Dr Faur has worked with the company as Executive Vice President, and now she and business namesake Buzz have tied the knot.
