Ademola Adigun, an oil and gas expert, has stirred the pot on the debate surrounding the Dangote Refinery’s alleged inability to secure crude oil for its production. In a recent appearance on Channels Television, Adigun boldly asserted that it is not Nigeria’s responsibility to provide crude for the Dangote Refinery.
He argued that like any other business, it is the refinery’s primary duty to secure its own supply chain before starting operations. Adigun went as far as to say that it is Dangote’s obligation, not Nigeria’s, to ensure that their refinery has a steady supply of crude oil.
