Knarik Gambaryan, the mother of Tigran Gambaryan, the Binance executive detained in Nigeria, has defended her son’s innocence of the charges against him.
She pleaded for his return home and offered to exchange herself for his freedom. Gambaryan, a US citizen and Binance’s Financial Crimes Compliance Chief, was arrested in February 2024 for allegedly linking Binance to money laundering and terrorism financing.
