Kentucky man charged with federal hate crime for threats to Palestinian American

A Kentucky man was arrested and charged with a federal hate crime for threatening a Palestinian American man with a loaded gun, the U.S. Justice Department said on Monday, in a step welcomed by advocates documenting rising Islamophobia.
