Justin Bieber shares another troubling mental health confession after admitting he has ‘anger issues’

Justin Bieber has once again given his social media followers insight into his mental health struggles.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the 31-year-old singer shared a long video of a jam session with musicians, including DJ Tay James and Judah Smith.

He wrote in the caption, ‘I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic.’

The father-of-one, who shares seven-month-old son Jack with wife Hailey Bieber, added, ‘Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people.’ 

It comes shortly after he admitted to having ‘anger issues‘ in another online post.
