A Nigerian TikTok creator, popularly known as Geh Geh, has captured national attention by turning his personal struggles into an unlikely success story on social media. On Thursday, his live session attracted over 177,000 viewers and earned him virtual gifts valued at more than $30,000.

Geh Geh, who describes himself as an orphan without formal education, refers to his platform as the “University of Wisdom and Understanding,” where he delivers unscripted lectures blending humour, street advice, and commentary on money and relationships. “More than 177,000 people watch my lectures today. Jesus! University of wisdom and understanding, the only university where once you graduate, woman go fear to ask you for money,” he exclaimed after the session.

His unconventional style has sparked both admiration and criticism, but his growing community of “students” see him as proof that social media can create opportunities beyond traditional education.

Reflecting on his rise, Geh Geh said: “I no be graduate too, but by the grace of God, I don find school. I be orphan, but now Nigerians don show me love.”
