NEW: Man steals a vehicle to make it to his court hearing on time for a prior charge for stealing a vehicle.
Remarkable.
Oklahoma man Cody Adams was seen at a gas station asking people for a ride so he could make his hearing.
After getting no help, Adams noticed a truck with its engine running.
He then made the 30-mile drive to the Pawnee County courthouse and ditched the vehicle when he arrived.
Adams was immediately arrested by a trooper as soon as he entered the courthouse but the trooper made sure he made it to the hearing.
He was arrested on a charge of larceny of a vehicle and his bond was set at $10,000.
