Former Attorney General of the Federation, Kanu Agabi, has defended politicians who rigged elections, stating that they have no moral justification to seek help when they face obstacles.
Agabi argued that the problem with Nigeria lies not with the constitution but with the enforcement of laws. He also highlighted the burden on courts due to electoral cases and the overworked judiciary, stating that while the judiciary is not perfect, it is the best arm of government.
