As he waved and smiled during Youth Day celebrations in Pyongyang it was clear that Kim had been hitting the gym with his neck and chin noticeably thinner, reports Mail Online.
The 37-year-old dressed in a spotless pristine white jacket had trimmed down significantly with a large gap between his collar and his neck.
His button-upped jacket also hung comfortably off his figure with no tight snug-fitting style that he would be more used to.
Rumours are rife that the North Korean dictator may have had a gastric band fitted to reduce the amount of food he can consume.
The state recently issued a new order via officials declaring any gossip about his changing size is a “reactionary act”.
