Manchester United may let Anthony Elanga leave on loan if they sign Antony – with a fellow Premier League club reportedly interested in the move.
The Red Devils are yet to add any firepower to their attack in the summer transfer window but are trying to get a deal over the line for Ajax winger Antony before next week’s Transfer Deadline Day.
Personal terms have been agreed with the 22-year-old, whose agents have begun house hunting for him in Cheshire. Should the two clubs settle on a fee, which is believed to be around the £80m mark, then Erik ten Hag could be willing to ship Elanga out for the season.
That’s according to the Daily Mail, who claim Everton are lining up him as late addition. The Toffees also like the look of United midfielder James Garner, so he could be the one to move to Goodison Park instead.
