In a potential transfer coup, Ligue 1 club Marseille are reportedly in advanced negotiations to secure the services of Tottenham Hotspur and Denmark midfielder, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
With the 28-year-old reportedly seeking a move away from North London, Marseille are understood to be pushing to secure the Danish international for a fee in the region of £17m.
However, discussions on payment terms remain ongoing, but both parties are optimistic that the deal will be concluded. Hojbjerg’s potential departure from Spurs comes as the central midfielder has found game time limited under current manager Ange Postecoglou.
