Kwara United hat-trick hero Stephen Jude has said he is now aiming for double figures after he netted his seventh goal of the NPFL season.
The midfielder is now just a goal shy of leading scorers Sadeeq Yusuf (Sunshine Stars) and Ndifreke Effiong (Akwa United).
“I hope to get double figures after I now have seven goals,” a delighted Jude said after he cracked his first-ever career hat-trick against Adamawa United at the weekend.
The NPFL goals race also has Plateau United defender Mohammed Zulkifilu, who has scored six goals, as well as former top scorers in the league like Godwin Obaje (Abia Warriors) and Michael Ohanu (Kwara United), who have five goals apiece.
