Barcelona today took a big step towards reaching the semifinal of the UEFA Women’s Champions League after Asisat Oshoala scored one of the goals in a 3-0 thumping of Manchester City.

Oshoala opened scoring in the 35th minute, when she fired home from the edge of the box after she was set up.
It was Barcelona’s 100th goal in the competition.
The return leg will be played on March 31 in Manchester.
This season, the Super Falcons captain has netted three goals in five Champions League matches.
She has also scored 19 goals in 15 league games for table toppers Barcelona.
