Steven Gerrard has his Jordan Henderson replacement! Seko Fofana leaves Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr for Al-Ettifaq on loan

Al-Nassr midfielder Seko Fofana has joined Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq on loan, replacing Jordan Henderson.

The 28-year-old is presently playing for Ivory Coast in the Africa Cup of Nations. After a 1-1 draw against Senegal in extra time, Fofana’s side advanced to the round of eight with a shootout victory. He’ll join Al-Ettifaq on a six-month loan upon his return to Saudi Arabian club football.
