NELFUND managing director Akintunde Sawyerr explained that the Fund cannot pay fees for freshers before registration due to financial risks, but is working with schools on a temporary solution.

NELFUND has named 203 tertiary institutions that failed to upload their students’ data for the 2024/2025 loan application, warning that affected students risk missing out.
