CNN CEO Chris Licht: 'The uninformed vitriol, especially from the left, has been Stunning'

CNN’s New CEO Chris Licht has apparently reached his limit and trashed “the uninformed vitriol” of “the Left” over the “stunning” response to changes he’s made at the network.

Speaking during a new interview with The New York Times, Licht also blasted the “name-calling, half-truths, and desperation” that “passes for news” from today’s corporate media.

Licht became CEO of CNN earlier this year, promising major changes at the embattled network.

He cut thousands of jobs, canceled the Chirs Wallace-led streaming service, and shuffled the primetime lineup.

However, despite the changes, the ratings are still terrible…
