The comment comes as Mexico’s president Claudia Sheinbaum also scrambled to contact Trump.

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau says he had a “good” call with Trump after the president-elect vowed to slap 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico.
The comment comes as Mexico’s president Claudia Sheinbaum also scrambled to contact Trump.
Trudeau not only said the call was good but said he was confident that the US and Canada could work together in “constructive ways.”
Trump is not even president yet and both Mexico and Canada are scrambling to get in line.
