Haitian leader drinks straight from pitcher at UN, ends up soaked in water

During a speech at the UN, Haitian leader Edgard Leblanc Fils began consuming water directly from the pitcher, getting covered in water. It is important to note that these water pitchers are used to fill a disposable cup with water and place it next to the pitcher.
