There are no survivors in the Washington plane crash, DC’s fire chief says, as efforts shift to a recovery operation

UPDATE: National Security Advisor Mike Walz just moments ago on Fox News confirmed that “about 30 bodies” have been recovered from the waters around DCA. He also said that around 4am ET this morning the operation transitioned from “rescue to recovery.”
