Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has stirred controversy after revealing he once attempted to pursue popular crossdresser Idris Okunneye, alias Bobrisky. In an interview with Echo Room, Portable admitted he slid into Bobrisky’s DM intending to date and sleep with him, unaware at the time that Bobrisky is male. “I aimed to toast Bobrisky and have sex with him, not knowing that he’s not a woman,” he said. Portable later backed out upon discovering the truth and claimed to have advised Bobrisky to stop portraying himself as a woman. “It is against the will of God,” he added. The singer also pleaded for forgiveness, stating, “I’m someone who always lives to speak the truth always.”
