Putin’s forces using deadly ‘invisible’ fighter jet with ‘super manoeuvrability’

Russian forces have a new deadly “invisible” fighter jet among their ranks, with Kremlin-backed media claiming it has “super manoeuvrability.”

The Su-57, which has been in the hands of Vladimir Putin‘s troops for several years, was first spotted around 500km from the border with Ukraine in December. But despite Russian officials hyping it up, the deadly jet has yet to be used.

Kremlin-backed news outlet Moskovskij Komsomolets (MK) has now claimed the new fifth generation of the jet is more deadly than ever – and virtually “invisible” thanks to its impressive speed. Speaking to MK, retired Russian army general Vladimir Popov said: “We currently have two squadrons flying Su-57s – we conduct tests and develop operating technology.

These fighters currently fly on modified AL-41 engines, and we are waiting for deliveries of new engines to begin. Now they are being tested in flying laboratories, and are undergoing factory bench tests and certification, but we haven’t put these engines into production yet, therefore we are in no hurry to commission large numbers of Su-57s now – as they say, don’t tear your navel.
