Jadon Sancho scored a late equaliser to rescue a 2-2 draw for Chelsea against Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge, helping the Blues salvage a point after trailing twice. The winger’s composed finish in the final minutes capped an improved second-half showing for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Villa had gone ahead through Ollie Watkins and Douglas Luiz, but Chelsea fought back with goals from Nicolas Jackson and Sancho. “We showed character to come back,” Pochettino said post-match.

Elsewhere, Wolves pulled off a dramatic 4-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Molineux. Mario Lemina opened the scoring, while Matheus Cunha added a brace. Despite goals from Son Heung-min and Richarlison, Spurs were undone by defensive lapses and quick Wolves counterattacks.
