TikToker undergoes cleansing ritual after filming Oloolu masquerade procession
A female TikToker in Ibadan underwent traditional cleansing rites after filming a procession linked to the Oloolu Festival. The Olubadan’s spokesman said she recorded Alawo Oloolu rather than the sacred masquerade itself. Videos showed her taking part in rituals, while traditional custodians said she was recovering after reported health problems.
