UK-based Nigerian rejects £15m, vows not to return home permanently
A Nigerian woman living in the United Kingdom has rejected a £15 million offer to relocate permanently to Nigeria, citing the loss of two children to alleged medical negligence.
According to PUNCH, the Ogun State indigene said she did not leave Nigeria because of money and could not be persuaded financially to return permanently.
She said her two children died within two years following alleged medical negligence.
The woman also credited the UK healthcare system with saving her son, saying he received medical attention she feared might not have been available in Nigeria.
