Mo Salah dragged to court over debt claims
The Peoples Gazette reports that Egypt’s New Cairo Court of First Instance has ordered Trabzonspor forward Mohamed Salah to appear in person over a lawsuit filed by his former lawyer, Amr Faragallah Morsi Abdel-Tawab, for unpaid legal fees.
The lawyer claims Salah owes him for administrative and consulting services rendered from 2012 to 2025.
The court wants Salah to swear an oath denying the claims. Salah was absent at the preliminary hearing and will also miss the scheduled court date, which clashes with Trabzonspor’s match against Genclerbirligi.
