The regulator said under-dispensing represents a serious breach of consumer trust and directed operators to verify all dispensers and totalisers to ensure customers receive the quantities they pay for.

NMDPRA said it has intensified inspections and enforcement activities nationwide, with outlets using improperly calibrated equipment required to take corrective action.
