Tony Pulis says Manchester City’s guilty verdict has left him feeling “cheated” over Stoke City’s 2011 FA Cup final defeat

Stoke lost 1-0 at Wembley to a City side packed with expensive stars, and Pulis says that, knowing City have now been found guilty of breaking financial rules during that era, he views the result very differently.

He says Stoke fans are already asking when they get their FA Cup back, although he does not seriously expect trophies to be reassigned and believes a points deduction and huge fine are far more likely.

For Pulis, though, the damage goes beyond trophies: Stoke had one of the biggest days in their history taken from them by a team now found to have broken the rules, and that is something they can never get back
