Manor Solomon hits out at Ireland after Israel’s Nations League defeat

Israel captain Manor Solomon has criticised the Republic of Ireland following his side’s 3-0 Nations League defeat in Debrecen. Speaking after the match, as reported by Balls.ie, Solomon claimed he could not fully express his thoughts about the Irish players without risking UEFA punishment. Ireland secured victory through first-half goals from Troy Parrott, Adam Idah and Jack Moylan.

The match also featured Ireland’s pre-game protests, including skipping the customary handshakes and wearing black armbands. Solomon said he was already looking forward to the teams’ next meeting, scheduled for Sunday in Serbia, where the fixture will be played without supporters from either country.
