Ex-West Ham footballer Thierry Nevers given more time to reveal Drug money
Former West Ham footballer Thierry Nevers has been given more time to provide financial information as authorities investigate money he may have gained through drug dealing according to the BBC NEWS. The 24-year-old, who also played for Newport County and Bradford City, was jailed for three years after admitting conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
A Proceeds of Crime Act investigation is now examining his finances and any assets that could be recovered. His latest hearing at Lincoln Crown Court was adjourned until 26 October after the court heard further information was required. Nevers’ accomplice Allan Barrass was previously ordered to repay £13,746 from his criminal proceeds.
