Jurgen Klopp’s frustrating Germany start continues as Greece hold dominant Die Mannschaft
Jurgen Klopp’s difficult start as Germany manager continued as his side were held to a frustrating 0–0 draw by Greece in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday. Germany dominated proceedings at the Toumba Stadium, enjoying 70.1% possession and registering 21 shots, but failed to find a way past a stubborn Greek defence.
According to GOAL, Jonathan Burkardt thought he had opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, only for VAR to overturn the goal after identifying a handball by Tom Bischof in the build-up. The result leaves Klopp with just one win from his first four matches in charge.
