Ex-White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt joins Fox News
Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is joining Fox News Channel as an on-air contributor following her departure from President Donald Trump’s administration.
According to Fox News, Leavitt, 29, will begin her new role on November 1, providing commentary across the network’s programming.
Leavitt served as the 36th White House press secretary from January 2025 until August 2026.
Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said: “Karoline’s firsthand experience in the White House and on the presidential campaign trail gives her a distinct understanding of today’s political landscape.”
Leavitt said: “I am grateful for the opportunity to continue appearing on Fox News Channel as an official member of the extraordinary team at FOX News Media.”
She became the youngest White House press secretary in US history after previously serving as a spokesperson for MAGA Inc. and working on Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.
Leavitt left the White House in August, citing difficulties balancing the demanding position with raising her two young children.
