‘Agitated depression’: Atiku needs urgent mental health support – Keyamo
Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has accused former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar of being bitter over President Bola Tinubu’s political rise, claiming his recent attacks on the president reflect “agitated depression.”
According to Keyamo , Atiku has struggled to accept that Tinubu secured the presidency after both politicians pursued the office for years.
“It is now very obvious that Atiku Abubakar is a pained and very bitter fellow,” Keyamo said, adding that Tinubu had “finally outsmarted him politically to get the most coveted position of President.”
He described Atiku’s recent criticisms as “a higher form of DEPRESSION in the field of mental health called AGITATED DEPRESSION.”
Keyamo also urged those close to Atiku to support him, saying: “We should all pity Atiku Abubakar rather than goad him on.”
The remarks followed renewed criticism by Atiku of Tinubu’s economic policies and 30-day petrol discount proposal.
