Michael Olise receives two yellow cards in 30 seconds
During Bayern Munich’s UEFA Champions League match against Viking FK, Michael Olise received two yellow cards in rapid succession in the 74th minute.
After taking a tactical yellow card for a foul to stop a Viking counterattack, Olise tossed the ball directly at Viking captain Zlatko Tripic while the referee was still issuing the first booking.
The referee immediately showed a second yellow card, resulting in the first red card of Olise’s senior career. The dismissal reduced 10-man Bayern while leading 3-2, allowing Viking to score a 90th-minute equalizer in a 3-3 draw.
