Atiku launches “Ask AA” portal for Nigerians to question him directly
African Democratic Congress presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has launched a portal where Nigerians can ask him questions about his political record and plans for the country, Daily Post reports.
His media aide, Phrank Shaibu, said in a statement that the platform, tagged Ask AA, will go live at 8:30pm on Thursday.
According to the statement, voters can seek answers on issues affecting them, including the economy, security, jobs, technology and the high cost of living. Shaibu said Nigerians can also submit questions on national development and how Atiku plans to tackle the country’s challenges.
He said the initiative would create a direct channel between the candidate and the public, so voters can get clarification on his plans instead of relying only on campaign speeches.
“The objective of this initiative is to bring Atiku Abubakar closer to the electorate through a practical, problem-solving platform,” he said.
The launch comes as political activities pick up ahead of the 2027 general election, with candidates and parties pushing their programmes and wooing supporters.
