BREAKING: Former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife plead not guilty to torture charges.
Through a translator, Maduro says, “I reject this document in its entirety of false accusations and allegations.”
The judge also sets December 17 for oral arguments on the couple’s drug trafficking charges.
