A teenage university student died after she was allegedly raped and dumped in the street before being hit by a car.
Madison Brooks, 19, died after she was abandoned by her alleged attackers while intoxicated following the incident and was struck by an unsuspecting driver in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on January 15.
Three men and a teenager, who allegedly met the victim in a club on the night of the incident, have since been arrested.
Kaivon Deondre Washington, 18, and an unidentified 17-year-old have now been charged with third-degree rape while Everett Lee, 28, and Casen Carver, 18, who are said to have been in the car but did not take part in the rape, were charged with principle to third-degree rape.
