Borno State Police Command has successfully re-arrested 27-year-old Abubakar Mohammed, who escaped from the Medium Security Custodial Center in Maiduguri after the center’s fence collapsed during recent floods. Abubakar was apprehended by a vigilant resident in Gubio town, and is now set to be handed back to the Nigerian Correctional Service.
