Tottenham Hotspur are tied in negotiations with Chelsea over the potential signing of Conor Gallagher, claims the Telegraph.
The Blues recently turned down a £40m bid for his sale as they are aiming to get around £45m to let him leave.
Talks are expected to continue between both clubs and Spurs feel that they’re close to signing him.
In a recent press conference, Mauricio Pochettino was asked about Gallagher’s future and said: “We are so happy with him. I hope he can stay with us.”
