Tony and Lynn Forbes, the parents of slain rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes, released a statement confirming his death and expressing their devastation at the tragedy.
The 35-year-old rapper was shot dead outside a popular restaurant on Florida Rd in Durban on Friday evening.
In the statement shared with TshisaLIVE, the rapper’s parents confirmed his death.
“It is with extreme sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our beloved son, and confirm his untimely and tragic passing on the evening of February 10, 2023.
