The ongoing feud between veteran Fuji singer King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as KWAM 1, and his former drummer, Kunle Ayanlowo, has intensified, garnering significant attention across social media platforms. Ayanlowo, who recently gained notoriety after an interview detailing his 32-year tenure with Wasiu, has issued a stern warning to his former boss in a viral video.
Expressing palpable anger, Ayanlowo cautioned KWAM 1 against provoking him, using strong language to convey his message. In his native Yoruba tongue, Ayanlowo refuted KWAM 1’s assertion that he lacked proficiency in English, citing his ability to communicate effectively with foreigners. He also alleged that KWAM 1 had engaged in inappropriate relationships, claiming that the singer had been involved with his partner during a trip to Paris, which Ayanlowo had financed.
Furthermore, Ayanlowo accused KWAM 1 of having a history of engaging intimately with numerous women, suggesting a pattern of behavior. He urged the Fuji star to reconsider his actions before facing consequences, emphasizing that this warning was not to be taken lightly.
The drummer said: “That foolish Mayegun said I can’t read or write English. If it is true, how do I communicate with the white people? You better change your ways before it is too late. I sponsored my woman to travel down and be with me. You met with her in Paris and started sleeping with her. There is nothing you can’t sleep with. Don’t mess with me, This is just a warning.”
