Reports that Burna Boy, a Nigerian music star, paid the medical bills of all patients at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) have been dismissed by the hospital.
While the hospital praised Burna Boy’s kindness and generosity in financially assisting some select patients, it emphasized that only a limited number of patients received cash gifts or donations from the singer.
The UPTH confirmed Burna Boy’s visit on June 11th, and commended his gesture towards assisting those in need.
